The thing about stuff.

Here is my problem with news aggregates.

Most often I will default to one for my interneting needs on a given day, which - while convenient - has led to a level of laziness that I apparently am not ready to admit I'm capable of.

Tonight, for example: Rather than let a feed serve me up some info (a feed which oddly enough has become remarkably predictable and boring as of late), I went on an internetted-adventure which took me from 1930's cartoons to ukulele cover songs to read-along reminiscences.

...and while these aren't exactly out of the realm of such accumulative one-stop sites, they are closely tailor-made to my interests. Such rabbit holes are often the best of what this medium has to offer.
